Hervi Estrada:
Hervi has been involved in the fight game for more than 30 years. He started as a fighter then became a professional matchmaker, gym owner, and also a promoter for a short time.
Hervi started the Estrada boxing club out of his sign shop twelve years ago due to his love for the sport. He would run his sign business during the day, then train the boxers at night, while also finding time to do matchmaking. This schedule finally caught up with Hervi and he had to make a tough decision to give up one of the three. Unfortunately, it had to be the gym. Hervi He continued matchmaking and eventually teamed up with a contractor in Lancaster California that shared his love for the sport. That’s how Monte-Estrada promotions was formed. The company successfully promoted nine professional boxing shows in Burbank and Lancaster, also three MMA shows. Soon after, the partnership ended and Hervi continued his focus on matchmaking. However, his love for the sport wouldn’t let him stay away from training for long, he and his old buddies from the Estrada gym remained in contact and decided it was time to do it again and AV Boxing Academy Inc. was born!! |
